RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build Lasting Relationships Cultivate strong connections with customers and maintain regular follow-ups as necessary to ensure their needs are met.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, coverage options, policy adjustments, claims processing, and billing concerns.
  • Nurture Customer Satisfaction Proactively engage in activities that foster successful, long-term relationships with our clientele.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual Skills Proficiency in Spanish is essential to effectively serve our diverse customer base.You must be 100% fluent in Spanish.
  • Sales Experience Previous experience in sales, whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is highly preferred.
  • Client Relationship Management Experience in managing client relationships is advantageous.
  • Marketing Aptitude Demonstrate an interest in understanding customer needs and effectively marketing relevant products and services.
  • Strong Communication Possess excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members alike.
  • Customer-Centric Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and an ability to anticipate and address customer needs proactively.
